fist tape restore

I had a backup on ArcServe 2000, but the tape got full, we have automatic server shutdown so we didnt realise this util next morning.
Now when i make a Merge of the tape it keeps me promping for the second tape the one never existed.
Is there some what to restore this information.

If you do not have a tape, you cannot recover the information. It should not affect restores from that tape though, hust as long as the first tape has merged into the database ok. -----------------------------------------------------
