Hi - -

I'm doing a report that has 2 columns - - - first is ytd and 2nd is prior ytd. I created running totals using a formula for the order.date fiels to be in ytd or last ytd depending on the column.

However - - - the fiscal year is not the calendar year. For example - -

12/30/01 is 1st day of 2002 fiscal year
12/29/02 is 1st day of 2003 fiscal year
12/28/03 is 1st day of 2004 fiscal year
etc.,

Isn't there something I can do to tell crystal when I want my start of year to be? If so, would I need to include this in the formula for each running total for ytd and prior ytd?

Thanks in advance

Mary

You can select Evaluate->Use a Formula for each running total and use something like the following for 2002:

{table.date} >= cdate("12/30/2001")
AND
{table.date} <= cdate("12/28/2002")

Do this for each RT.
