Hello
In my database are a field 'timestamp' (DateTime format), and several other numerical fields
What I'd like to do is to select the first value of a field for the current day (>>> where timestamp is the minima for today), in order to calculate a difference between that first value, and the current one.

Making a cumulated total I manage to obtain the minimal timestamp, but CR refuses to use this result in a formula o another cumulated total.

What should I do ???
Hope i've been clear enough
regards
bob

-Update-
Yes I found out how to do !!
Just make a minimum summary on the DateTime field (timestamp), and then in the evaluation formula of the cumulate total type :

date({RAPPORT_CH1.timestamp}) = currentdate
// to select the current day
AND
{RAPPORT_CH1.timestamp} = Minimum ({RAPPORT_CH1.timestamp}, {RAPPORT_CH1.timestamp}, "daily") // the summary

That was easy... but I thought it would be much harder
lol
See ya
