first time VPN/terminal with w2k

I'm setting up remote access and had a couple of questions:

Setting up the DC as the Remote Access VPN Server and want to install Terminal Server Admin Mode on the File Server. Can i do this or do i have to make the File Server the Remote Access Server?

What i want to have is one server being the VPN Server and have Terminal Server on the File server AND the DC.


Once i have that setup i could use PCanywhere or other remote software to let partners into the network correct?
