First Time Setup: Century Link SIP to UCM 8.5 1

We are in the process of getting our first SIP trunking.
It will replace our current DID T1, that goes into Nortel then to UCM.
The new SIP terminates on Century Link's 3750.
It will then go to our 2911 then go to UCM 8.5
I have looked across the web, am but unsure of what I am seeing.
Can anyone help get me started, lend a thought or point me in the right direction ?
