1. I heard 4.0 is glitchy so I stuck with 3.2. Anyone agree?
2. For a first time installer, is there a sample config file that includes PRI programming and Voicemail Pro? I am finding this system too simple and I am questioning myself and second guessing. I want to find a few sample configs that have been done to check my work.

in my personal opinion would do what you did, install at 3.2 until the next iteration of 4.0 comes out and you need the new features, hopefully soon it will be released

as far as templates or other helpful information you can go to this website and get a lot of templates, examples and other helpful information.
