Looking for clarity.
Just loaded r/h 7.1 as server and dns server. My objective is to host two websites immediately, which I have not registered domain names for yet, but hope to do as soon as
I have a my system configured to host them on.

I have one machine running r/h linux / with apache
I have one static ip address from my isp

What would be the next thing I should do to set up a web server?

If I understand what I've read on the net. The first thing I can do is find someone to be a nameserver2 since I can setup my dns as ns1 primary.

The next thing to do would be to register a domain using my static ip from my isp as ns1 primary?? and ns2 provided by some other nice person.

Does this sound even close to what I should do?

Really confused ??
