First Post - Installing a T1 or 1600DSL 1

To introduce my self..I have been installing (part time)Partner system for the last 5 years. I have about 15 systems out there. (really is a part time gig... I install for a lot of non-profit and churchs)

First. (I think I am showing my ignorance) Is the 1600dsl and the T1 card the same card?

Second. A year ago talking to one of my supplyers, he said that there were lots of problems with the 1600dsl install. Is that true? How is the T1 install now?

Different modules;
the 1600 is not a popular card as much because of the scarcity of suppliers of the particular type of circuit required to feed it as well as the problems keeping it stable once installed;
the T-1 is quite stable and reliable with an R7 and the currently shipping T-1 modules. Buy new and you'll have a very unexciting install. Buy refurb or used and take your chances in a big way.
