First page always in Fit Width

Is it possible to set the first page of a pdf to automatically display at 100% when it is opened? It is stubbornly sticking to Fit Width despite my efforts.

I Acrobat pro - go tp File menu/document properties/initial view. Under Magnification select what you want and save.
