I have a report that lists invoices with the following columns:

invoice #
invoice date
customer name
invoice amount

The report is not for a specific date range, it is just a history of all the invoices for the company.

How can I find the first cccurrence of an invoice amount, like $5000.00? When the first occurrence is found, I want to print the invoice #, invoice date, customer name and invoice amount in the report footer. Is there a formula I can create to do this?

Export the data to a CSV file and import into FoxProf (VFP) After that it's easy just index on amount unique and you have your answers.
