I am wondering if anyone knows if a startalk flash has the capability to be set to use the first name instead of the last name in the directory when a person calls in and uses the directory. I know i can set it in a NAM but i am not sure about the Startalk. Thanks for everyones help.

sorry you are out of luck, it wont work. For a NAM it will but as far as a startalk i don't believe you can do it.

With a Flash, its a built in prompt which tells you to use the last name, thats why you can't change it.
