First Home Page, a virus, malware, or what?

I'm getting a notice from Spybot that "First Home Page" at

[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?Prd-iePver=5.0Ar=ie5update01=b1<[/URL]

. It keeps asking me for around 25 passwords such as
sbRecovery.reg
sbRecovery.ini
related.htm
RuleXML_632965177682187500~5_1_2.xml
etc., I am not using ie5.0. I don't seem to be able to get clear of it, and when I use LookDisk, it keeps pestering me asking for passwords that I never gave.
Sorry if I'm on the wrong forum for such assistance, but really don't know what to do.
