I have a bunch of numbers from First Data, but I am not sure how to proceed. Do I use the First Data VPN? Do I use CES? What is a DID?

Personally, I find First Data to be more problem than it's worth...Try to change to a Visanet platform!

I have VISANET currently with Bank of America and it works like a charm. First Data bid $.03 vs $.04 per trans. $4,000 annual savings is worth the trouble.

First Data can be flexible depending on the provider.
You can try CES, FDS, and there is one other, just open them all till you find one that will take your info and work. Setting it up for internet takes an extra step from the setup dropdown.
