First click opening in new window

Hi all.

I have a website at

http://www.naods.org.uk

and when you click on any link on the header for the first click then it moves to a new window. Any ideas why?

I cant see your HTML because of the frames, but generally links open new windows because they have target="_blank" in the anchor tag.

You probably want your target to = your main frame.
