I am about to attempt to create my first ASP page using PerlScript. I haven't a clue as to where to start. I was tasked with creating a Troubleshooter application. Ask a question, based on the reply, go to another question with more options, etc. Though I haven't figured out the specifics of how this is going to work, I know I can do this in perl. I am being urged to do this in asp. Where do I start? How do you decide how many asp pages you need?

I'm at a loss. Please help.

As far as I know ASP only supports VB and Java. If you want to use Perl go to a cgi or Perl forum.

Sorry Mark

Actually, ASP does support other languages, and I believe PERL is one of them... I just learned that the other day, but as most of the folks in the forum do use VBScript (very few even use JScript), I would follow mrichards' advice and hop on over to the PERL forum to ask there.

good luck! :)
