I am using crystal 8.0 and i am still pretty new with crystal. Just have no idea how to figure this one out.
There are three fields that I am using in this crystal report. A time field, an event type field, and a duration field and it is set up as follows.

06:31:53 Login 00:00:00
08:33:10 Logout 02:01:17
08:46:02 Login 00:00:00
10:14:06 Logout 01:28:04
10:14:37 Login 00:00:00
10:47:34 Logout 00:32:57
11:15:55 Login 00:00:00
13:11:28 Logout 01:55:33
13:21:16 Login 00:00:00
15:01:16 Logout 01:39:58

I am trying to figure out a way to only keep the first and last record (line).

I don not need anything else in the middle. Is this possible?

Thanks

If you are not grouping in the report, you can try placing the three fields in both the Report Header and the Report Footer, then suppress the detail section.
