Request from admin assistant: If my manager doesn't pick up a call in 3 rings it goes to my phone. If I dont pick up after 3 rings it goes to his voicemail.
Seems simple enough. I added her number as a Call rerouting first alternative and the VM system as a second alternative.
This works BUT the first alternative phone (the admin assistants) rings once and goes immediately to the managers voicemail instead of after 3 rings.
I am sure Ihave done this before but not sure what I am doing wrong this time.

Busy / DND DID THIS
Busy / DND TIE THIS
Busy / DND CO THIS
Busy / DND Int THIS
No Answer DID LAST
No Answer TIE LAST
