First 50 records 1

I have a report that I'd like to print out just the first 50 records after going through the entire database and totaling things up.

Any idea how to do that?

For Crystal 8.5, you could do a count on each detail line, and supress once it reaches 50. (Right-click on Details, [Format Section] and the formula box for suppress.

You can also use a group selection formula -

RecordNumber <= 50

As Group Selection is done after the summaries, your totals will include all the records you have selected. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
