I do not remember if there was a way to FORCE a fw to a set other than the normal method...
The IP set should start the firmware update automatically if the set firmware is lower than what the SigServer has on it. If nothing happens, then the set is at or higher fw level than what's loaded on the SigServ.
RST FW Print all scheduled reset times basic-4.50
RST FW <FWID> basic-4.50
Print all scheduled reset times by firmware ID
RST FW <FWID> START basic-4.50
Immedicate hard-reset all IP Phones, where:
• FWID = firmware ID of IP Phones
RST FW <FWID> <START/STOP> <HH:MM> basic-4.50
Schedule or cancel hard-reset all IP Phones, where:
• FWID = firmware ID of IP Phones
• START/STOP = IP Phones reset, where:
— START = set reset time schedule
— STOP = cancel scheduled reset
• HH:MM = hour and minute when IP Phones are reset

On the sig server either with putty or virtual terminal through EM you can issue the isetReset command by TN or IP or you can do an isetResetAll to do all of your phones.
