Is there away how to forse download firmware from element manager to ip phones ???

I do not remember if there was a way to FORCE a fw to a set other than the normal method...

The IP set should start the firmware update automatically if the set firmware is lower than what the SigServer has on it. If nothing happens, then the set is at or higher fw level than what's loaded on the SigServ.

Yes. from the command line in LD 117

RST DN Reset IP sets with specified DN

RST FW Print all scheduled reset times basic-4.50
RST FW <FWID> basic-4.50
Print all scheduled reset times by firmware ID
RST FW <FWID> START basic-4.50
Immedicate hard-reset all IP Phones, where:
• FWID = firmware ID of IP Phones
RST FW <FWID> <START/STOP> <HH:MM> basic-4.50
Schedule or cancel hard-reset all IP Phones, where:
• FWID = firmware ID of IP Phones
• START/STOP = IP Phones reset, where:
— START = set reset time schedule
— STOP = cancel scheduled reset
• HH:MM = hour and minute when IP Phones are reset

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

that`s mean nothing can do using EM in SIG. SERVER.

On the sig server either with putty or virtual terminal through EM you can issue the isetReset command by TN or IP or you can do an isetResetAll to do all of your phones.
