Firmware Upgrade

Very new to the Call manager. Trying to convert a 7940 to SIP image POS3-06-3. Has anyone got a guide on how to do a firmware upgrade, also what files are required on the TFTP server and does anyone have access to the firmware, my login doesn't seem to be allow me access on cisco.com.

Any help much appreciated.
