Firmware upgrade to TN2602AP HW 20

I have a TN2602AP HW20 that is aborting when i try to upgrade it, i found the command on the command line fwdlreason -c 6213 and that tells me that the "bad CRC image" so just how do i remove the "bad" image from the cd /var/home/ftp/pub directory? I have re-upload the files to the server but i think it will fail again, so how would i remove the image from /var/home/ftp/pub location?

Try sending the file directly to the TN2602 instead of the server.

OK - will have to send someone on site to do that, i am remotely upgrading the firmware, i was wondering if unseating and reseating the board will make a difference. Before i send someone on a four hour drive
