firmware upgrade i2004

I have serveral I2004 sets. They will not sync to my BCM. I have a bin to upgrade the sets firmware but I do not have the program to do it. Does anyone have the program that will upgrade the i2004 set

The ".BIN" file is normally used for Succession, not for BCM. There is a way to use it for BCM, but i would suggest to get the latest BCM IP Phone Firmware Patch from the Nortel website.

What do you mean with they don't "sync"?

what happens is that the phone will be seen trying to connect to the BCM using BCM monitor but will not registar.
I have been told that there is a piece of software available and that allow you to upgrade the firmware on the phone to connect to the BCM. Normally you would just push the firmware through the BCM, if it would registar

That's correct. But if your firmware on the phone is too old you will not be able to upgrade it with this BCM. In this case you have to use another BCM with an older or newer software version.
