Our family business (network support / graphic design / web) is in the process of becoming Panasonic Tech Support Resellers however due to the current Rona situation this has slowed down to near molasses speed. Its been several weeks since I've gotten a response from Pana's Partner team that we were dealing with to go through the onboarding, training, etc. process with. I had a contact in Florida who was a fallback for a certified partner in the event of needing someone to firmware upgrade, etc. However they too are on hiatus at present due to Florida's situation. Why the story?
I've got an ns700 that goes live in less than 10 days and a cell station that the customer bought second hand (I know, I know) that is running older firmware and will not register to the PBX. It will allow the second CS to register through it but I need one at one site and one at another site. Does anyone know anyone who can (at present) provide services to remotely upgrade the firmware in this unit? Any help much appreciated.
