I try upgrade firmware via WM
I installed filezilla ftp server and can enter to ftp on another computer of LAN
but when I try download firmware to telephone - "trasfer failed"
I enter ftp IP adress
login
password
file name OS_15_HFA_V3_R0_23_3.img
Ftp path C:\1

1 - its folder

I use 3c daemon ftp server (available on the tonido server) it works everytime for me - can you set that up and try please

Also turn off the firewall on the laptop/pc

Filezilla server definitely works, I use it myself all the time. And the server interface which you can open from Start menu shows you exactly what is going on, like below.

So you need to make a new test with the server interface open.

If you don't see anything like above, the phone did not manage to open FTP connection, so either routing problem or firewall.
If it opened the connection but couldn't login, you will see it above.
If the directory is wrong or it can't see the file, you will see it above.
If it transfers the file (like you see above, the 410 loadware transferred OK), but it doesn't work, you need to look closer at the file you are transferring, check the release note to see if you are using the correct file, or consider factory reset of the phone and try again.

It all depends on what you see in the logs like above. User moriendi has a home dir of c:\ftp, so file transferred shows as /410adv5-1-32.app in logs, although it was actually c:\ftp\410adv....

Yeap, Its ESET firewall. Thanks all
now problem after downloading img file:
Filezilla
Error Control channel closed with error from source 0. Reason: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted.
Error - session ended whith error from source 0. Reason: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted.

3c deamon write "session closed by peer" after file transfer

in browser write "trasfer failed" in both cases

on 3c if it shows 'session closed by peer' might be ok provided it has downloaded the full file.
Ensure you have a username & password then '/' for path - ensure that the file name is correct with '.img' at the end
You can always try to use http file transfer if the phone shows that it's poosible.

It sounds like something is interfering with the FTP. External firewall/router? Cannot really say but I don’t expect a phone issue.

Are the phones and ftp server on the same subnet? You need to make some tests and find out what works and what doesn’t.

I was able upgrade from
15 SIP V3.R5.8.0
to
15 SIP V3.R5.8.1

but HOW I can upgrade from SIP to HFA?

The same way, you just flash between them, there is no special handling. But it's always worth a read of the release notes to make sure there are no restrictions.

I have no problems moving between HFA and SIP.

for migration from SIP to HFA I need SPECIAL firmware OS_15_HFA_V2_R1_5_2 and after that I can update from OS_15_HFA_V2_R1_5_2 to V3 HFA
but in manual said next:
2.1.1 Migration from OpenStage SIP to OpenStage HFA
1. Load the HFA software to the Phone
2. Perform a factory reset
3. Configuration is to be done as usual

when I should apply 2. Perform a factory reset? because firmware after downloading to the phone from ftp begin installing automatically

what difference in procedure from update SIP to SIP, HFA to HFA from upgrade SIP to HFA, FA to SIP?

You should do the factory reset after the HFA installation completes. The factory reset cleans out everything from memory, in case there are remnants of the SIP software. I'm not sure if it's 100% required, but it's a good practice.

You don't need to do a factory reset if upgrading SIP to SIP or HFA to HFA, only when changing from SIP to HFA or HFA to SIP.
