Firmware for Nortel/Avaya 74X9 and DMC320

Yes, I'm a newbie - I've just done a couple of installs that were limited to just dect upgrades. I thought I would easily find firmware upgrades for handsets (some used) and DMC320. But, based on what I've read, they're available on BCM installs. I've just worked on Norstar based system so don;t have access to the firmware. Would someone be kind enough to share the firmware or point to a location where it can be obtained?

I have firmware for a number of DECT phones from many years ago but I'm not aware of the 74X9 model. I'll try and find out if I can get a copy.
