The format of the report is as follows:

** M390x SUMMARY REPORT **
dd - ON DISK
ff (cc) - nnnn SETS FOUND
ff (cc) - nnnn SETS FOUND

Where:
x = 2 to 5 for M3902 to M3905
dd = the flash firmware version found on the system disk
ff = the downloadable flash firmware version found on the sets
cc = the core firmware found on the sets
nnnn = the number of sets found with firmware version ff (cc)

So here is the second part of this question. I have two switches that I am working on. In switch A when I look at ld 97 and prt fdl I get the following.

FDL DATA
SET TYPE: ALL
FRCE: NO
FVER: 00

In switch B I get the same thing

FDL DATA
SET TYPE: ALL
FRCE: NO
FVER: 00

While in switch A in ld 32 I do fsum and then fsum all and get the following..

Can someone explain what is causing one switch to ouptut more information than the other ? Thanks.

I have another question for you. In the example below, there are 7 sets with firmware 32 that should be upgraded to 83 - am I correct? if so, how to you determine which sets need to be upgraded? And should a person be concerned about the 6 sets not responding, and how to you determine which sets are not responding?

**M3905 SUMMARY
083 - ON DISK
083 (018 ) - 000366 SETS FOUND
032 (018 ) - 000007 SETS FOUND
083 (017 ) - 000006 SETS FOUND
000006 SETS NOT RESPONDING

Latest firmware is 87, This resolves some headset issues with Plantronic sets.

The 6 not responding may be configured but not connected, do an IDU if you know the TN's
