Firmware Download For Nortel BES1020-24T-PWR (Business Ethernet Switch) 1

Hi,

Where can i find software download for my BES1020-24? I've tried everywhere online and couldn't find a source.
Avaya doesnt seem to have anything on their website.
it's still a 10/100/100 switch with 12 POE ports.
The POE ports are acting up and it's running on FW:1.1.0.5 SW:1.1.0.002
i think a firmware update will make a more responsive and better switch. I've read that the current is something like v 1.2
the POE port doesn't provide power for any new hardware until a reboot.

That has been EoL for 5 years now. Avaya sold it's data business to Extreme last year. As a result there is nothing on the Avaya site and nothing on Extreme.

There is no way to get software for it.
