Firmware and SBM24 Sidecar 1

Since upgrading our 9608 firmware to 6.8.102 we are unable to display the free/busy red lights on any of our SBM24 sidecars. The names are lit, but the free/busy activity is not available (red lights).

Any ideas?

Give the Ipo a reboot first..

Sounds like a good idea. I will do this over the weekend.

Rebooted and updated server bios as well - no luck.

They are set to users and not dial..

Delete them save back
Re programme back again and see if they come back on.

What release of IP Office are you running?

Discovered the same with the SBM24.
Display is OK, names are readable. If pressing a button then the feature is dialled.
But the LED is never lit.

Firmware:
IP500v2 11.0 FP4
9641GS 6.8102 (the patch for 96x1 phones where volume for headset is to low)

Other buttons on phones or different button modules work as expected.

Can someone confirm this problem?
Is it specific to this module and/or release of IPO or phone firmware?

Don't need to delete or reboot the IPO. It's a Firmware issue. You need to either upgrade them to 6.8.2 or down to 6.6.

Seems to be every time I raise a case at the moment. Had so many critical patches and firmware updates, and all for existing systems rather than new features.
