I've never used Fireworks, but have used Photopaint, maybe they're similar in this aspect. Photopaint displays in inches what pixel you're at, so I just convert the image to 1 dpi (with same pixel width & height) if I want to know which pixel.

have a pgn that is 40 X 40 and i have a go around the middle and want to make a box at 20,20 for the uper left and 30,30 the lower right. how do i get to the 20, 20 without counting 20 over. In paint it show where the stilyes is on the drawing all i see in fireworks is the size of the drawing.

hope this better explane. sorry for the spelling i suck at it.
