Fireworks popup menu

I have created a menu using buttons and added a popup menu to one of the buttons via fireworks.

I have set the menu to the lower right position of the slice, and according to the position parm of popup menu, it should be located off the slice, not by pixels of the window, but this is exactly what is happening.

How can I get the popup to position off the slice and not the top left of the browser window?

you have confirmed under "edit popup" that it is positioned where you want it? Is the button located towards the edge of the page? Just a guess, but maybe there is not enough room for the menu to open in the defined space.
