Fireworks HTML not loading in DW4

can anyone tell me why on this page, the drop-down menus are not working. I have uploaded the fireworks image and html for the menu as well as the fwmenu.js application, but its still not working. I used to have it on DW3 and it worked ok, but now, it won't.

Can anyone suggest what's up with it? It maybe a simple thing, but its got me puzzled.

What I found is I lasso all (select all of the pieces within the image with the Black arrow tool). Then Export as HTML. When you do not lasso all of the pieces within the graphic usually only the main piece of the image is saved.
Need coffee. Hope this doesn't sound braindead.
