We are using Fireworks to create the graphic and the navigational bar for our interactive CD. We have established all the links to the PDF files which are located in our root folder on the Desktop. We export the file to index.htm and the links do not work. We have opened it in Dreamweaver to test the file and the links are all established but they do not open in Internet explorer. What the heck are we doing wrong? Something so simple is very frustrating. Our local folder is on the Desktop and our Remote site is located on our server.....when we link the files we use the following (0509036.pdf) no slashes, dashes, dots or nothing because everything is located in the same folder....We desperately need help this is so basic! Is it Fireworks? Should we be designing everything in Dreamweaver?
