Fireworks 4: Pop Up Menus

Hi all,
When using the Pop-Up Menu function on FW4, is there a way that you can alter the width of the menu? Coz on mine, i have little text in the bars, but the bars are still very long. To explain what i mean;

I want to go from this sort of length...

Is there a way that i can alter the width of the menus?
