Fireworks 4: Can i make text/objects 3D?

Hi there,
On Fireworks 4, is there anyway (or any tool) that can make text and objects 3D? If so, can you please tell me how to do it. Any help is gratefully received.

Thats a good question, when using FW4, i've often wondered if there is a way to make things 3D - but never found anything that could do the task.
Has anyone found something i ain't?
