Firewalls vs public time servers...

I am trying to recieve the ntp signal from a public<br>
time server.<br>
Is there ANY possibility to do this without disabeling<br>
my firewall before ?<br>
<br>
IF NOT, is there another way to get the time somehow over<br>
the net ???<br>
