Hi,

Is there any documentation / best practicies in what to configuure Firewall wise for our BES Server, also are there any implications if we change the public IP Address of our BES Server?

Outbound Port 3101 is required. Port 4101 is only required if using WLAN. Check out page 10 of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange version 4.0 Installation Guide, under the section "Firewall" for a few more details. This guide can be downloaded from the BlackBerry website.
