I have the TZ180 configured as the gateway on my internal network providing DHCP and NAT. The firewall is connected to a switch via a LAN port. I have the servers internal adapter (fixed IP) and external adapter (fixed IP) connected to the switch. Internet access on the network is fine but outlook clients on the network are unable to send email via exchange (smtp error).
I'm checking out various possibilities as to why this is happening but one might be the physical setup. Should I have the servers external adapter connected to the
switch or should it be connected to a port on the TZ180.
I'm also unable to access the intranet from outside the network. Should I have a port open on the firewall?

WAN IP address = 80.169.200.30
TZ180 LAN IP = 192.168.16.1
server IP ext = 192.168.16.3
server IP int = 192.168.16.2
switch IP = 192.168.16.10
