Well, back again. First question, if I install a firewall on my router (server takes in my cable connection and distributes to other machines on network), will it protect all my networked computers? Or do I have to install the firewall on each machine?

Second, what firewall is free (or reasonably priced) that could be installed on Server 2003? I've noticed a lot of things aren't compatable with 2003 server.

Thanks in advanced :)

Builtin Windows 2003 firewall in Routing and Remote Access has done the trick for me for quite some time.

The RRAS works as a NAT router and protects all clients.
