Firewall Profile SIP settings

I have an IPO with it's LAN2 port connected directly to a public ip address and need to configure a firewall to block everything except SIP. Does anyone know what settings I need to configure on the Custom tab of the firewall profile?

just dont do it! invest in a half decent firewall. Cisco ASA 5505 or Watchguard UTM 2 should be enough....

Not an option to use a seperate firewall, must use IPO's firewall.
