Hi,
I was trying to allow traffic from the Internet to access a server running on the LAN. I had to permit 3 external ip addresses to access the server. i set the first two ip addresses, and the corresponding ports correctly, and then for the third ip address i happened to leave the 'from' and 'to' ports to "0", and this rendered my firewall inaccessible. I just happened to read this documentation given below after I made the changes
It says in the above website that "Leaving it (the port) at 0 will forward ALL external requests to your internal network, and render the firewall inaccessible". Thats exactly whats happened in my case. I cant access the firewall now. I run the same firewall as given in the example above. Is there any way I can regain access to it without resetting everything. Please let me know. Thanks
