I am trying to connect to a VPN, and the client always gives me the following error:
"The client did not match the firewall policy configured on the central site VPN device. Cisco Systems Integrated Client should be enabled or installed on your computer."

I have tried disabling my firewall, disabling my virus checker, and even keeping the firewall up and setting Cisco VPN as an exception. Same result. The people who run the VPN have no clue, and basically told me it's my problem. Has anyone seen this error?

ok so is the cisco client installed? or are you using windows connection to create the vpn?
