Hi all,

I am using Cisco 1600 series Router, running on ISDN.

I have a problem here. Whenever I try to download a file from the internet, there will be a dialog box popup that looks like the one below.
-----------------------------------
| Firewall: 220.xxx.xxx.xxx
| Username:
| Password:
| Domain:
|
| o Save this in your
| password list
|
| OK CANCEL
-----------------------------------

After keying in the username, password and the domain repeatedly, I am still unable to proceed download from the FTP site.

I am using Windows 95/98.

Can someone kindly advise? What are those settings which I can keep my firewall, at the same time I can proceed downloads from FTP sites?

Thank you.

Regards,

Not up on firewalls like I should be, but have you tried to disable the firewall temporarily to see if it would download??
Just a thought.
