Firewall Configuration requiremnt

Hello All!!
one of my costemer have NEC SV9100 System i am useing 10 ip extension through over NAT (Public IP ) WAN router it's working Fine .

but Same IP extension useing through SOPHOS Firewall its not working .

please suggest firewall configration and flow chart .

Fix end router issues. Make sure remote people are not using SIP ALG on their routers.

But i am confused about end router please describe in detail and i'm using cell phone Internet at remote user there no any router.

As per my knowledge i need only SOPHOS firewall configuration For use otside ip phone .

You are confused because you simply said IP phone. So you are using a soft phone on a cell phone? Which one?

we useing NEC ST500.

but it is doesn't matter which Softphone we use,
when static ip connected through wan router all softphone working fine like gswav,zoiper and ST500 .
