Firewall blocks site

We have a SonicWall firewall that prevents access to a specific website,

http://www.onlinems.umbc.edu.

Here is the firewall log info:

Where Destination IP is the IP of

http://www.onlinems.umbc.edu

and OurIP is just that. The table the log generates has headings (Message, Source, Destination, Notes, Rule)

Why won't the firewall allow that site to be viewed? It's not blocked or anything like that.
