I installed firefox but I want IE explorer to open links in MS outlook. how do I change it?

Open IE, Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, check the box for 'Internet Explorer should check to see wether it is the default browser'. Close & re-open IE. When prompted, answer 'yes' to make it the default browser.

Tried it and it didn'T work. any other Suggestions?

Are you using Windows XP SP1+? Go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Set Program Access and Default, expand the Custom section & set Internet Explorer as the default browser, then OK.
