Firefox won't load/open 1

Hello,

When I download FF, a box pops up and says 7-zip and unspecified error. I cant install the browser to my system. Any thoughts ? Thanks...............

You need to get FF downloaded error free before you try to install it. I would try a different site for the download and save it to the HD don't try to install on the fly.

The answer has always been 42
