Hi everyone,
I have a problem with FIrefox which is it suddenly crashes without notice. Later on a small window appears and asks whether I want to restart the browser with the previous pages or with a new page. I have experienced this after I upgraded to version 3.5.30729. I have so far experience it for about 6-7 times and its becoming very annoying.
I was wondering of there are any who have experience the same and if someone knows how to solve this problem.

thanks in advance

Click F1 in Firefox and it will take you to the Mozilla Firefox support page, which includes crash troubleshooting and links to the updates page.

The latest version is 3.6.13, it may be wise (easier, quicker) to update, (or uninstall then load the latest version) rather than trying to find out what has gone wrong with what is now, an old version. Any plugins or extensions, toolbars etc could be a problem, which you can choose to uninstall. There are other Browser Helper Objects (BHOs)which may have invited themselves, so you should check for malware using Malwarebytes or similar.

If the crashes continue after the update, it is likely that the problem is some clash between Firefox and your system. Do other browsers work properly with the same pages that you have problems with on Firefox?

thanks for the reply .
IE7 does not respond at all..., other browsers do work, but I prefer to work with Firefox so I am not sure how stable they are. I have now updated to the new version and so far is good (24 hours).
