Firefox and IE displaying differently

Just finished working on a site (

http://unixplorestudios.no-ip.biz)with

some flash menus. I edited it in both flash 8 & dreamweaver. everytime I did a preview in dreamweaver it ran perfectly well.

I noticed that in Firefox the site was able to properly display
A news ticker
google search
Flash menu

Howeve in IE all the above aren't showing

I got the following errors in dreamweaver
