firebox III vpn with drop-in configuration and NAT

I have a firebox III setup with drop-in configuration. Additionally, my ISP is providing me NAT and firewall services to my internal network. I have setup a 1-to-1 (public address to private address) nat to the external interface on my firebox (i.e. 10.x.x.10). I cannot get either MUVPN or PPTP to connect. However, in traffic monitor I can see the connection trying to be setup.

Does anyone know if this is possible with this type of a configuration?
