Firebox II at the remote offices can't see Exchange server

They have watchguard ver.6.2 SP1.
At our corporate office, we can see the exchange server of our sister company and we're able to connect to it. However, we have remote offices with VPN tunnels that cannot see it at all. Can't even ping it.
We don't have any policy on the corporate firewall for it, so how come remote offices cannot see it?
